Dedicated Management, Stewardship, and Conservation of the St. Croix International Waterway
Since 1986
The St. Croix International Waterway Commission (SCIWC) is dedicated to protecting the beautiful St. Croix River boundary watershed. Established by the Province of New Brunswick and the State of Maine in 1986; our goal was, and still is, to conserve, protect, and enhance both the natural environment of the waterway, and the recreational opportunities found within.
Reservations for camping during the 2026 season at Spednic Lake, Scott Brook, and Gravel Island Provincial Parks will be open at 10:00AM on March 25th, 2026.
