The St. Croix International Waterway Commission is is an international partnership that protects and enhances the health, heritage and beauty of a shared waterway. 

Since 1986, the St. Croix International Waterway Commission has been responsible for planning and facilitating management of the St. Croix boundary water system, which is designated a Canadian Heritage River. Learn more about our management plan.
