n the Passamaquoddy Nation, Canada and the United States along the St. Croix River.
Since 1986, the 
St. Croix International Waterway Commission has been responsible for planning and facilitating management of the St. Croix boundary water system, which is designated a Canadian Heritage River. Learn more about our management plan.

Starting in 2019, if you visit one of our Canoe In Sites (which are all free and no reservations required), send us an email or text to tell us about your visit with what site you visited, when and how many of you were there. This would be greatly appreciated, as it allows us to 

All site are open First-Come First-Serve from Labour Day until Victoria Day (September to May).  

From May to September, reservations are made through our website and it is open 2019 reservations on Monday, April 29th, 2019 at 9 AM AST; 8 AM EST. BUT ONLY FOR OUR CANADIAN SITES AT SPEDNIC PARK, SCOTT BROOK AND GRAVEL ISLAND. You do not have to reserve any of the sites we service that are in Maine or the Canadian sites we service that are not in Spednic Park, Gravel Island or Scott Brook.
